Description

Alpine Lines turns a quiet mountain into a working ski resort, drawn as a clean topographic map. Skiers appear at base stations, and it is up to you to get them uphill: drag from one station to another to build a gondola, and tap a slope to open it. Skiers ride up, then ski down.

As the mountain grows, new stations appear and the queues start to build. Rings around each station show how many skiers are waiting, and a meter tracks crowding across the whole resort. Resources arrive over time: spend them on new gondola lines, extra cabins and slopes, and keep the resort from becoming overcrowded. Skiers have preferences too. Blue skiers never take black slopes, black skiers stick to red and black, and red skiers use any open slope.

Each run ends when the resort is overcrowded, and the score is the number of skiers served.

Features

Press

“Mini Metro but for snow enjoyers. […] It’s surprisingly soothing yet challenging, and really pushes the organization and puzzle-solving section of gray matter.”

“Faça a gestão das pistas de esqui e não deixe que as filas se acumulem.” (Manage the ski slopes and don’t let the queues pile up.)
